"PC" not addressed in lpi_calc() and core_cover_indicators() between plant groupings #67

PC (physical crust, a soil surface code used by NWERN) is not included in the between plant replacement names in lpi_calc (line 429) and core_cover_indicators (line 61). Instead, these functions return an indicator named "FH_PCCover". Should this indicator get added to BareSoilCover or renamed to "FH_PhysicalCrustCover"?
