Update logo and color palette #1

@allixender or @tkardi can you share the logo in a high resolution png or svg format.

Also if there is a design guideline for the color palette or just the main colors of the logo, so we can update those in the webpage.

Maybe @kevelyn1 can chip in about the color palette and style guide? For twitter/mastodon/osgeo event page I used a low-res version of the logo.
