Settings aren't saved on program exit #84

Issue

The "Open Previous Settings At Startup" option doesn't save the current settings whenever the application is closed.

Thoughts

The feature was originally envisioned as a way to load the most recently used settings so a user could quickly return to the same settings they used in their last playthrough. An auto-save on exit could be added as a separate option or as a basic feature. Making it a basic feature would bring the feature more in line with the Forms UI.

I decided to just make this an automatic feature. We can add in the option to stop this later, but for now it's a good idea to have it match the behavior of the previous UI.
