About 1050Ti and setting a lower TDP #12

Hello, I have a simple question and maybe you have more infos here :) I have a bought Dell T310 (server) and want to put a 1050ti inside. but I think I need to set the max TDP at 45W. is it possible to do that ? with your tool or another ? Best Regards
