Support for 1650ti #32

1650ti_TU117_50W.zip Can you add support for the 1650ti? I would like to increase my graphics card's TDP from the original 50W to 75W.

Adding my support for this!

Interestingly you can find 50-80W listed as the TDP for the 1650Ti but most configurations had it limited to 50W. Only one example of higher exists that I can find and I have not been able to track down the VBIOS: AMD configurations of the XMG Core 17 (M20) which had it running at 65W apparently.

There's thermal headroom in most cases and 65-75W would probably help this GPU along in most laptops.
