I might have missed this, How should I cite using this protocol?

Thank you for posting this, we are finishing a paper started during the pandemic and this was an excellent protocol to learn on. We really appreciate the time to post this.

You can cite the usage of MicrobiomeHelper in general using the mSystems paper (https://journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/mSystems.00127-16) and then cite the specific version of the protocol/SOP you are using by its Github URL.

Note our wet-lab protocols (also presented generally in the mSystems paper), if you need that too, are now published in their specific formats on the IMR Protocols.io page: https://www.protocols.io/workspaces/integrated-microbiome-resource-imr/publications
