Load pronunciation data from DFD #2

@only3km/CikLinBekin contains some useful DFD data. It should be straightforward parsing the data and putting it into the JSON, but some characters like 一 will require special attention because of character usage differences.

I have decided do leave the readings as is, and to intervene if needed. Closing because it's done.
