Invalid NCname when frogging text files with certain names into FoLiA #66

When frogging files that start with a number, creating FoLiA output fails with: "is not a valid NCName" (see https://github.com/proycon/LaMachine/issues/135 ) thanks https://github.com/walterdaelemans for pointing this out.
