fixes the issue reported by Jaap (file was looping). I've restored the original RUNNING function so there should not be more issues.
before running and before calculating boundaries now displays ANALYZING... as this may take a couple of seconds
now also displays 'limit overrun' when using the BOUNDARY function and the limits were exceeded. Previously this was only done when running
boundaries are now shown starting and ending from the bottom right corner. Assuming the workpiece is aligned topleft in Visicut, this makes it easy to see the size.
I've flipped the vertical direction during MOVE
bed height is now calculated from y.min and y.max. The 'bedheight' config variable has been removed. It's assumed that (y.max - y.min) == 1000 * (visicut's bed height)
'enforcelimits' config variable has been removed. Limits are now always enforced if they are defined in the config.
