First-time startup error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install dsbudget_2.0.14.exe
2. Click on desktop icon
3. Receive error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to start software.  Error message: Java Virtual Machine Launcher:
Could not find the main class.  Program will exit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dsbudget_2.0.14.exe on Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

Which version of Java are you using? Can you do..

1) Click "Start", then "Run"
2) Enter "cmd" on the Open field, then click OK
3) On the command line, type "java -version" (without quotes).
4) Find the line that says something like "java version 1.6.0_13"..

Please let me know which version you are using!

My apologies - your previous question came via email and I replied that way; I 
was
unaware that you had updated here and the system sent the email.

The issue was that my java version was quite outdated.  I've since updated to 
the
latest 1.6 rev and installed dsbudget and found it now works fine.  Since I 
updated
my java, I don't recall the exact rev number that produced the error, but I 
believe
it was around 1.3-1.4 region.
