All Budget Data completely lost

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. One day I opened DSbudget and all of my document pages (about a years worth 
of budgeting documents) were not there. I got a message that said something 
like "not able to produce prolog, opening a blank document"  

2.  I uninstalled the dsbudget program and re-installed.  Now I'm running 
version dsBudget 2.0.23.  I got the error message once or twice, but now it 
just opens as it did when I first installed the program- with a completely 
blank budgeting template.   

I went to java.com and installed the lastest Java, it's still not working.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dsBudget 2.0.23 on Windows Vista using Mozilla Firefox

Do you know where BudgetDocument.xml is stored? If so, can you send me a copy 
(if you don't mind)? I'd like to check to see if your document isn't corrupted.
