Deductions to not be taken out of specific income

I would like to enter deductions in a separate visual group or subgroup in the 
income group, not on a specific income. My net income is calculated as Sum(all 
incomes) - Sum(all deductions).

You can create a $0 income and call it "Deduction only" or such and use it to 
list all of your deductions.
