Full Release needed #115

I try, to run AntiSamy on Railo. And constantly face different deviations and 
problems.
Please release full Antisamy package with all dependencies in single jar. As it 
was some time before.

Many people were fairly confused when they used that standalone file it broke 
things, so I don't think it's worth building anymore. There are lots of tools 
(like proguard, among others) that can easily do this for you.

I could make a FAQ with the steps, but I don't even track our individual 
dependencies as far as JARs anymore - everything's automanaged by Maven.
