What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run <p> </p> through AntiSamy
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that the output looks identical to the input.
However, the actual output is <p> </p> where the space character is a unicode
no-break space: http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/a0/index.htm
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.5.1

According to Issue #2, this is fixed, but not from what I've seen:
