Documentation for building the .Net DLL #82

There is currently no binary release of the .Net AntiSamy version.

I checked out the project, opened it in Visual Studio and resolved all 
dependencies, but building it generated an .exe instead of a .dll.

I didn't realize that to build a .dll, I have to set the 'Output type' in 
'AntiSamy'/'Properties' to 'Class Library'.

It might be good to document this (and/or make it the default :) )

We don't officially maintain the .NET port and it should be considered "as is" 
unless more developers come forward to take ownership.
