Jar file on downloads for 1.4.1 doesn't seem to be a valid jar file #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download antisamy-bin.1.4.1.jar
2. Verify SHA1 signature 
3. Run jar -t antisamy-bin.1.4.1.jar  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The jar -t command just sits there forever unable to open the jar file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.1 on Linux, have verified this on multiple machines.  JDK version is 
jdk1.6.0_18 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Unzip will unzip the jar, but the jar command just sits there.

Hmm strange, jar wouldn't open in IntelliJ IDEA either, re-downloaded it again 
and it now seems to be working, very odd.

Anyways this can be closed.
