1.4.1 has not been pushed to maven central #88

Looks like some one just needs to release following the nexus guide:

We're working on this right now and hopefully should push out a proper 1.4.2 
release sometime in the next few weeks.

Guys,

The 1.4.2 release you have cut also has issues, since you failed to let maven 
roll the parent POM, so you have a release with a parent pom SNAPSHOT 
dependency.

This is breaking maven dependency resolution since none of the central repo's 
have this org.owasp.antisamy:antisamy-project:1.4.2-SNAPSHOT dependency. 

I would of sorted this out myself, but you didn't actually tag or branch the 
complete project when you did this release.

Resolved with 1.4.3 release. Please new latest from Maven Central
