v2 support #13

Centrifugo released v2. There are some broke changes. https://centrifugal.github.io/centrifugo/misc/migrate/

I wrote for v2 by myself. Maybe later will ask for PR. You can find updated package by searching for emprove/centrifuge-broadcaster.

Sorry for not responding for a long time. At the moment I have a lot of work and I can't update the code to V2. But I think if you send a pull request, I could take it and release v2.

I think the right way is to use the official package, https://github.com/centrifugal/phpcent

This package can depend on it, to simplify future changes.
