Backpack v4 support #29

To do:

[x] (maybe) require backpack/crud instead of backpack/base, in case they're merged
[ ] delete button - replace javascript alert with sweetalert

Ready for action. Waiting for v4 release to merge and tag this. It can be installed on top of Backpack v4-beta with composer require backpack/logmanager:"v4.x-dev as 4.0.0"
