[Enhancement] Add configuration option to control log deletion #46

Hi, I have an use case where I can't have the users delete the log files themselves. Therefore I added a config option to control log deletion and changed the code accordingly.

Very nice & simple code, I tested it, works as expected 👏👏👏

Merging and tagging it right now - it'll be available with a composer update starting now.
