Use MIT license not EULA #2

When trying to add it to packagist I got:

Reading composer.json of backpack/activity-log (main)
Importing branch main (dev-main)
Skipped branch main, Invalid package information: 
License "EULA" is not a valid SPDX license identifier, see https://spdx.org/licenses/ if you use an open license.
If the software is closed-source, you may use "proprietary" as license.
