[Idea] impose a standard for commit messages #5

Maybe instead of using the release-drafter bot we:

impose using conventional commit messages
use conventional-release-bot

This would probably make the commit history easier to navigate and the releases easier to read. Probably a nice-to-have. Probably makes more sense after we move to SemVer.
