Tabler theme fixes

Briefly;

• Fixed sidebar/topbar active itens
• Upgrade tabler b17 to b19
• Removed unnecessary IE stuff
• Minor adjustments

Also, the "vertical transparent" and "right vertical transparent" layouts no longer have their sidebars "transparent":

The dark menus have their menu items as dark as the background:

Seems like this brings a few more bugs than it fixes 😅 Back to you @promatik

Damn! @tabacitu I updated Tabler from beta v17 to beta v19. My bad, I was not that into the theming to check the before/after.

It seems we can't do the upgrade it without getting everything broken 😬 I'll revert that for now 👌

Anyway ... Beta v18 and v19 have more than 100 fixes 🙃 https://github.com/tabler/tabler/releases So we should really consider the update.

Haha yes. It worried me too. But I just talked to Pawel yesterday - he said no more breaking changes. Tabler v1.0.0-beta19 is the last one before publishing 1.0.0, just needs more docs. 🤞
