Added Tailwind Play CDN #10

This PR fixes the CSS breaking on Non-tailwind Projects and the only concern of the user is to simply see the tables with styles applied.

@imfaisii we are working on changing completely the layout system, so thanks for your effort but will not merge this PR, some time soon we'll release a better version for both Tailwind and non-Tailwind projects.
