'Saint Mark's Bistro' mission phone call won't trigger #1

After completing all required missions in Desert & Las Venturas, phone call that triggers Saint Mark's Bistro never happens.

this is not really a fix to the mod itself but maybe try using this cleo script and then type "PCALLPL" when the phone call suposed to happen(so after you have done the missions that unlocked it). tell me if it work or not https://mega.nz/#!PjQDHA4L!U0NSkwNLoMzTEnW790BdYr6dlzWYCnbA0b-pR8SGRMA

worked for me, had a crash after the first time i typed it, but other than that, it's good
