Redundant labels for NetConnect and User

Here, it says "(For all use cases below, the System is the NetConnect and the Actor is the user, unless specified otherwise)", however Actor is never used in the Use Cases (User is used instead) and the same goes for System and NetConnect.

Fixes could either be just removing the line, or changing the UCs to match, but clearly, removing the line is the easier fix :)

Hello! :) We wrote it this way with reference to the CS2103T course website on use cases, where System are Actors are terminologies to be contextualised, and the contextualised terms will be used for each use case.
