Proposed `undo`/`redo` command in DG is not present in UG #12

The DG says the undo/redo command is proposed and gives explanation on how it works, but its not under the Planned Enhancements section of the UG. Would be good to either add that into UG or remove from DG for consistency.

Team's Response

Undo and redo are proposed features. We have decided to include them in the developer guide as they might benefit developers who could leverage this project. However, this feature is still in the proposing stage. We have not decided whether to implement it, and it does not benefit the user or relate to guiding the user in the user guide. Knowing that we will develop undo and redo commands does not help users understand any bugs or inconveniences in this version.
