Value proposition

As a user, I want to easily access the login option with one click on every page, so that I can log in and out seamlessly.

Description

Acceptance criteria

[ ] there is a header
[ ] inside the header is a login button/ link on the left
[ ] clicking the login opens the login options.
[ ] inside the header is a herbie title on the right
[ ] the header is visible on each page

[ ] create a feature branch feature/header
[ ] place the login button/ link inside the header
[ ] place the herbie title inside the header
