US 5 - Delete Recipes

Value Proposition

As a User interested in natural health recipes,

I want to have the ability to delete posted recipes,

so that I can remove incorrect or outdated information.

Description

Acceptance Criteria

• Each recipe details page includes an easily accessible "Delete" button.
• Clicking the "Delete" button triggers a confirmation dialog.
• The dialog serves to prevent accidental deletions by asking the user to confirm their intention.
• The dialog includes options for both confirming the deletion and cancelling the action.
• The cancellation option allows the user to back out of the deletion process if selected by mistake or changed mind.
• Upon confirming the deletion, the recipe is immediately removed from ingredient list and the user is redirected to the recipes overview page.

• [x] Create a button inside the components RecipeDetails.js
• [x] Inside the component RecipeDetails.js define the function handleDelete
• [x] Implement a Confirmation-Alert that contains two options: Cancel / Confirm
• [x] After deleting, the User should be redirected to the Recipe List Page.

Question

• Can all recipes be deleted? No only recipes created by the user can be deleted.
