[BUG] Toggle status effect on selected is incompatable with DFreds CE

Describe the bug

Hey, thank you for this wonderful module! Here is a bug that I have found: If both DF Convenient Effects are turned on, and the Custom DND as well - then Toggle Status effects on selected tokens doens't work. Instead - it applies only to one of the tokens. See video in Additional context.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable DFreds convenient
2. Enable Cutom DND
3. Select multiple tokens
4. Try applying any condition - for example Blinded

Versions:

• Module: [e.g. 0.12.3]
• System: [e.g. dnd5e 3.1.2]
• Foundry VTT: [e.g. 11.315]
• Browser: [e.g. Google Chrome]
