Describe your idea Right now, it's a hassle that the players have to equip every single item for it to be counted towards encumbrance. It would be useful if there was an additional option for containers so that if a player dropped their pack, it would count as zero weight.

I'm not sure what you mean. As I understand it, in core dnd5e both equipped and unequipped items count towards encumbrance.

Have you set the Unequipped Item Weight Modifier to zero, but you actually just want to set unequipped containers to zero?
