[BUG] Item Macro Actions do not work with Midi-qol #153

Describe the bug When midi-qol is enabled, the Item Macro actions no longer function. Look into either fixing this issue or disabling the Item Macro functionality when Midi-qol is enabled.

Fixed in Token Action HUD Core 1.4.10.
