[BUG] Effects not showing on token select #173

Currently using Core and the Token Action HUD 5e module on Foundry V11 stable, build 305. When adding an effect to a token, the effect does not show up in the HUD.

Steps to reproduce

Select a token, and add a temporary or passive effect. This can be done with something like Dfred, DAE, or manually.
Token HUD does not update to show the effect group, nor is the group filled in when the HUD is locked or unlocked.

Versions:

Token Action HUD Core: 1.4.16
Token Action HUD System: token-action-hud-dnd5e 1.4.9]
System: dnd5e 2.2.2]
Foundry VTT: [e.g. 305]
Browser: [Google Chrome 114.0.5735.201]
