[BUG] User Default Layout Setting Persisted Across Worlds #204

Describe the bug The 'User Default Layout' module setting is saved to the user's browser cache and is therefore persisted across worlds. This is an issue for users that play in multiple worlds across different systems. The data will need to be saved to the user flag so that the setting is unique to each world.
