[BUG] HUD stopped showing after upgrading to Foudry version 12 for D&D4. #268

After upgrading my Foundry and corresponding D&D4 module up to 12 version, the HUD stopped working. I tried different browsers, but none is showing.

Versions: Token Action HUD Core: 1.5.7 Token Action HUD Classic: 3.0.21 System: D&D 4th Edition version 0.5.4 Foundry VTT: Version 12 build 331 Browsers: latest Firefox, Edge, Chrome

I don't think there's an existing module to support the D&D 4e system in v12 yet. Someone in the 4e community would need to create one.
