+ and - buttons for slots have issues with minimal button width #61

These buttons are normally smaller than the current width minimum

This one is due to buttons being given a minimum width to avoid them completely disappearing when users hide the icons and text. It's one I've fixed already, but likely won't be out until 1.3.0.
