[Documentation] - css class options for system devs #73

toggle and active are predefined css classes. But they're not listed in the wiki. Also I don't know if there are any other pre-defined classes, but it would be good for those to be included, too 👍

I'll just tack this on here - this hook doesn't appear to be documented in the system dev wiki forceUpdateTokenActionHud. If there are others they should be covered too
