Corrected an issue with using the weapon trait option that broke on npc and hazard actors. These actors use 'traits' instead of 'weaponTraits'.

Thank you for contributing! I had already started on a fix but I had to go out of town. This issue will be resolved in the next build. Next time, I will open an issue before I start working on a fix to help reduce duplication of effort.
