PC's generally work, Monsters do not.

You have out of date Foundry or PF2e system.

5.13.6 for PF2E 11.315 for foundry, as far as I know these are the latest?

I am on vacation, so may not be able to check on this for a few weeks. Those are the latest versions. Have not had any other reports of this or seen it myself on these versions.

If you can provide detailed steps to reproduce, please let me know. Otherwise, I don't see a problem in my testing.

I get a similar error, but when I select certain tokens. I have tried to match the Pathfinder version with the Token Action Hud version.

Pathfinder v5.9.5 Token Action HUD Core 1.5.4 Token Action HUD Pathfinder 2e 1.5.9

I can't update Pathfinder to v5.14 at this time.

At this time, Token Action HUD PF2e only supports the most recent version of PF2e system listed in the release notes.
