Thanks for the feedback, @Larousse24.
This course was designed as an independent study, which corresponds to the lack of lectures. I think it worked well for us to communicate through issues. They also documented your progress through the course. I think add discussion during your weekly meetings also helped.
I am glad that you were able to find outside sources that were able to help you along the way. Could you share links for those resources that you found helpful?
I now know what every piece of code that I am using means and how to use them to get a specific result.
That's really great!
As you know, I didn't work with the right data for my project; I just did something similar to have an idea of how my data will be analyzed. I've already told you that I changed my analysis plan a little so that I could work with the data that I had(week#9). @brymz, What else should I incorporate?
Taking this class helped me improve my knowledge of programming through the readings and the assignments that we had to complete every week. Since there were any lectures for this class, sometimes I had to look for outside sources when the reading is not enough, which was good to do because I now know what every piece of code that I am using means and how to use them to get a specific result. It would be nice if you could try to give some lectures weekly by using a dataset to show the students how to deal with the assignments, because some of the readings don't really provide the basics needed, not just for the tasks but for the students understanding as well. For my learning style(not for everyone), I like given weekly feedback on every assignment. I think providing future students some feedback or comments on their works could be a great idea.
Include a paragraph on your learning experience and feedback for future students.
