Create new version of the V1 bot #140

It hasn't been updated in over a year, and Nacho hasn't really made any major changes to balance since then. So we can use a far larger dataset than previous runs.

New version is still cooking

New version cooked, but it didn't emit a brain file. I need to fix the V1 bot maker to get that working again.

The new bot has been tested in dev and it seems to work. Deploying it to prod to see how it does.
