Allegiance data missing from Player and Allegiance Leaderboard for some players #91

@OtherBrand Hey, on fftbview, on my player page it correctly lists me as BROWN, but on the player leaderboard it lists me as allegiance NONE (and I also don't appear on the allegiance leaderboard on brown team). Don't know why this would be, since I haven't changed my allegiance in over a month.

Seems to be working now. No one is complaing about it.

Had to add allegiance data to the cache after adding it from an event.
