希望增加一个是否初始化的方法 #30

有时候调用销毁方法时，不确定有没有初始化，就会报错。如果有个是否初始化的方法的话，我们就不用再自己去做一些额外的判断操作了

可以，计划有此功能，预计在3.0.5版本更新
