[SAB-03] Setup nginx with custom cert

As a developer I want to be able to develop the application locally without the need to deploy after ever change to the testing environment, to be more productive. Therefore an nginx server has to be configured locally to act as an reverse proxy for requests to the webapi.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Custom certificate is created and installed in the emulator
• [ ] Nginx is configured to use the custom cert
• [ ] The requests get corretly relayed by nginx to the locally running application
