Patch notes

Create your own deck
Public cards property

Checklist

Make sure all branches are pulled
Make a release branch to do the following:
- Tidy up the code
- Look for comments, variable names, etc that need improvement
- Remove unnecessary code
- Update the project file
- Update version to 1.2.0
- Add the release notes
- Update the README.md
- Merge the branch back into master
Run tests on the master branch

Create package

Generate a NuGet package by building a release build on the master branch
Upload this .nupkg file to Nuget.org

Create a new release

Create release V1.2.0 on GitHub
Create tag V1.2.0 to the release
