Add more devices and channels #11

Add HM-Sec-SCo based on HM-Sec-SC
Add WEATHER_TRANSMIT channel (for HM-TC-IT-WM-W-EU)
Fall back to single value fetching also for error code 501 (happens since 2.17.15 CCU Firmware)
