Thanks for extending Hybpiper.

This pipeline is a bit complicated. It would be very helpful if there was a worked example so it is easier to understand what is meant by various filenames etc. Could this be done e.g., from a subset of the Nepenthes data?

It would be fantastic to have a tutorial indeed, the pipeline is not easy to follow as shown here or in the paper and I keep running into errors at different stages, likely because of my own mistakes! Some examples would be great.
