Hello @alvinuday ! Welcome to GitHub! I am also fairly new to GitHub and repos, but I'm glad to give you a bit of my insights to what Hacktoberfest2020 and GitHub is about.

Number one, as a beginner, I don't expect you to make an entire functioning website that makes fireworks on your screen announcing Hacktoberfest. The point of this repo, and others like it, is to have fun!

Number two, doesn't matter what language it is, as long as it does something that you feel proud of. If you feel proud that you submitted a PR (Pull Request) that simply makes "Hacktoberfest2020!" blink, it'll be accepted. I screen things according to what kind of effort is shown.

Number three, as the project owner I can't make the PR for you...buuuut, if you have an idea but don't know how to implement it, myself and others are happy to give you advice on how it could work! You still have to type it yourself though ;)

Finally, long story short, have fun. If you feel like I might look at your PR with a spam filter, just voice that concern, and I'll have a conversation with you. But, seeing as how you commented BEFORE submitting, I'm willing to take your submission easier, since I know you'll put effort in. The whole point is not a free t-shirt (although it's cool), but to learn and have fun.

If you have any further questions, comments, or ridiculous statements, just shoot me a message! -Brennen (Lars)
