There is a time-shift between metabolites when using metabolite-specific imaging that is not accounted for in the kinetic models

How big of an effect is this? Should setup simulation and fitting to test
If this is an issue, could input as different timings and flip angles, where use non-zero flip angle when metabolite is acquired Requires divide by zero fix

Allowed for fit_pyr_kinetics to work with time-shift

Simple simulations shows this could be a decent sized effect!
