move all notebooks to demo_notebooks (no symbolic links)
show kPL uncertainty metrics
recommend interpolation prior to kPL, AUCratio
rename notebooks to imaging based and spectroscopic imaging based analysis

Could add kPL uncertainty maps to EPI Demo or Kinetic Modeling, and also interpolation
